Mr. Sheldon has a Master’s degree in Business and Government Policy Studies from The State University of New York and is certified by APICS (Society for Operations Management) in the following areas: CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP. He served on OMBOK (Operations Management Body of Knowledge) and is the Chair of the BOK (body of knowledge) at APICS international and has been a speaker at several conferences and conventions including APICS international conferences. He also holds a green belt certification in Six Sigma from NCR.
